A regional workshop was held for regional talents from a major Japanese company.
19 future executive candidates from 9 countries took part in a six-month program, working on their own individual development plans — for the company and for their own growth.
Throughout the program, we saw many forms of growth — in leadership, teamwork, and personal mindset.
Together with the secretariat, participants also enjoyed many “first-time” experiences unique to Malaysia, creating unforgettable memories.
