Case1:Talent Development Program
The purpose of this program is to strengthen national staff members’ sense of belonging to our corporate group and to foster empathy with our shared values and philosophy.
To achieve this, participants experience activities unique to our company—such as visiting key locations and facilities that embody our culture, and engaging in dialogue sessions with senior executives who act as internal evangelists.
Participants are then encouraged to make a personal commitment and take specific actions to become leaders who embody and promote these shared values and philosophies.


Case2:Talent Development Program
This program aims to develop national staff members who can formulate business strategies for their own countries or regions.
Through the strategy planning process, participants acquire the necessary mindset, knowledge, and skill set to think and act strategically.
In addition, by collaborating in cross-country and cross-functional groups to create one integrated output, participants enhance both their regional human networks and engagement with our corporate group.


Case3:Talent Development Program
The primary goal of this program is to develop leadership among national staff and to strengthen their capacity for autonomous career development within the Group.
Participants engage in dialogues with role models and global executives in the region, helping them envision their own future career paths.
An assessment is also conducted to support self-understanding and reflection, leading to action plans for personal leadership growth.
Because management commitment is essential, pre- and post-program sessions with participants’ supervisors are conducted to ensure alignment and support.
