I’m in Bangkok for tomorrow workshop at a major Japanese manufacturer.
The main objective is “Towards effective collaboration between Japanese and Thai people,” and the participants are all Japanese expatriates.
They’re all colleagues working together at the same time and in the same organization, so despite their differences in nationality and culture, we’re sure that they will be working towards the same goal.
It’s a shame that they can’t work together effectively simply because they don’t know each other or their backgrounds!
Every time I visit Bangkok, I feel its energy of evolution!
