明日からの日系某大手メーカーさまでのワークショップのためバンコク入り。
お題は、「日本人とタイ人の効果的な協業に向けて」とし、全日本人駐在員を対象に開催。
縁あって同じ時代に同じ組織で集う仲間だから、国籍や文化が違っても、きっと同じ方向に向かって走っていける。ただ、お互いのこと、お互いの背景を知らないだけですれ違うのはもったいない！
バンコクの街は、来るたびに進化のエネルギーを感じる！
I’m in Bangkok for tomorrow workshop at a major Japanese manufacturer.
The main objective is “Towards effective collaboration between Japanese and Thai people,” and the participants are all Japanese expatriates.
They’re all colleagues working together at the same time and in the same organization, so despite their differences in nationality and culture, we’re sure that they will be working towards the same goal.
It’s a shame that they can’t work together effectively simply because they don’t know each other or their backgrounds!
Every time I visit Bangkok, I feel its energy of evolution!
